Manage vendor development, raw material sourcing (steel, hardware), negotiation and inventory for solar and power structure production.
Lead the fabrication and galvanising shop floor — planning, manpower, quality and output across product lines.
Own project delivery end-to-end — scheduling, coordination with clients/EPC, dispatch and installation support.
Operate CNC cutting / fabrication machinery to drawings, maintain output quality and machine upkeep.
Personnel with hands-on experience in air-break isolator / disconnect switch manufacturing and assembly.
Senior personnel experienced in substation structure fabrication, detailing and quality control.
Junior personnel to support substation structure manufacturing and learn the trade alongside senior staff.
Drive growth across solar, power and export channels; build dealer / EPC relationships and lead the BD team.
Generate and convert leads, manage accounts and grow the pipeline across product lines.
Manage tenders and bids, with hands-on capability to operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal end-to-end.
