Our Manufacturing Process

ENSOL has manufactured engineered steel and solar structures in Raipur since 1982. Every job flows through the same controlled stages.
1. Engineering & design
Structures are designed to the site's wind (IS 875) and seismic (IS 1893) loads, with independent proof-checking where schemes require it.
2. Cutting & fabrication
Members are cut, punched and fabricated to drawing so that assembly on site is bolt-only, improving speed and consistency.
3. Hot-dip galvanizing
Fabricated steel is hot-dip galvanized for edge-to-edge corrosion protection to IS 4759 / ISO 1461.
4. Inspection & QA
Dimensional and coating-thickness checks (NABL-verified) are carried out before dispatch under an ISO 9001:2015 system.
5. Dispatch
Finished structures are packed and dispatched pan-India with test certificates and documentation.
